Common Eaglesoft / Patterson Issues
If you are using your MouthWatch camera with Eaglesoft or Patterson software, the troubleshooting steps below can help resolve some of the most common issues.
Make sure MouthWatch Capture is running and set to Eaglesoft. Right-click the MouthWatch Capture icon and confirm that Eaglesoft is selected.
Verify that Standard Windows Driver Model Device is selected as the capture card in Eaglesoft video settings.
From the Eaglesoft home screen:
With the camera open, click Setup. From the setup page, uncheck Use Video Mixing Renderer, then click OK.
