Camera button not taking the photo?
Ensure that MouthWatch Capture is running and is set to Eaglesoft. Right click the MouthWatch Capture icon to verify Eaglesoft is selected.

Camera freezes right away when opening?
Verify that Standard Windows Driver Model Device is selected as the Capture Card in Eaglesoft video settings. From the Eaglesoft home screen, click FILE > PREFERENCES, click the tab for X-ray, then the button for video at the bottom. Verify your settings match as below.
3. Camera opens to a black or white screen?
With the camera open, you will click on setup. From the setup page, you will uncheck “Use Video Mixing Renderer”. Then hit ok.
