Sometimes you will need to import external images and documents into an appointment or case.
To import images:
- Click plus button or Capture New Images
- Click Import button
- Select file from device
- Click open
To import documents:
- Scroll down to the Documents section
- Click Add
- Select file from device
- Click Open
