Apple macOS vs Windows OS Compatibility
MouthWatch intraoral cameras behave differently depending on your operating system. See below for compatibility details.
Apple macOS
MouthWatch Capture (Button Capture software) is not compatible with macOS.
However, the camera can still function as a video source on a Mac. In some cases, the capture button may work with certain dental imaging software such as MacPractice 5.0 or older.
If you are not using compatible imaging software, you can still:
Option 1: Open the camera feed using Photo Booth or another imaging application
Option 2: Use the spacebar on your keyboard to capture images
Windows OS
MouthWatch intraoral cameras and Capture software are fully compatible with Windows.
Supported operating systems include:
Windows XP, 7, 8, 10, and 11 (32-bit and 64-bit)
