Our Button Capture Software has an option for Snapshot Delay under options. This will snap the photo slightly after the user(s) depresses the button. It’s useful for users who find that pressing the button moves the camera slightly resulting in images that are not as sharp as possible.
This feature can be turned off in your settings by right clicking the blue MouthWatch tooth icon and checking or unchecking SnapShot Delay under Options > SnapShot Delay?
