If successfully selected your digital imaging software (e.g. Dexis, Eaglesoft, etc.) and your camera still isn’t capturing photos, please verify that your tooth icon is Blue and not Orange. See image below:
If your icon is Orange, please ensure that your camera is plugged into a powered USB port on your computer and/or tablet.
