Instructions for CADI Integration
MouthWatch cameras easily integrate with CADI Imaging software. Use the MouthWatch camera to capture images of the patient and store them directly into the patient record.
Important:
CADI does not require the MouthWatch Button Capture Software. Ignore the instruction card included with the camera and do not download Button Capture.

Step 1 – Plug in the MouthWatch Camera
Make sure you plug the USB connector into a powered USB port. Sometimes these are located on the front or back of the computer. If your monitor has USB ports, these may not be powered.
Important:
If setting up a MouthWatch Plus+, use a USB 3.0 port.
If setting up a MouthWatch Plus+, use a USB 3.0 port.
Step 2 – Select Video Still Capture
Confirm WDM StillCap is selected under Options > Video Still Capture.
Step 3 – Open the Video Capture Tool
From the CADI button bar, click the Intraoral Camera icon.
Step 4 – Configure Device Settings
- From the menu bar, select Options > Device Setup.
- Navigate to the Expert Setup tab.
- Confirm the following settings are selected:
- USB Video Device is selected in the top drop-down menu.
- Video Format Compatibility is checked in the lower-right corner.
- On the Misc. tab, the WDM Still Capture Pin option is checked.
- Save & Exit.
Step 5 – All Set!
You are now ready to begin capturing images directly into CADI.
