A patient must be registered in the patient portal before they can participate in a video call.
To initiate a video call with a patient, go to the Messages tab and click +New Message.
Begin to enter patients name and select from the list. Click Start.
This will open the message thread. At the top of the message thread you will see the patient details and the Video Call icon on the right.
Click the Video Call button to launch the call. Your patient will receive a message inviting them to the call.
The bottom tool bar allows you to record the call, screen share, add a camera, mute and chat.
