TeleDent is a cloud-based teledentistry platform that centralizes communications, patient records, and appointments for dentistry groups and their patients. It is designed for both provider-to-provider communication as well as direct to patient communication.
TeleDent allows providers and patients in different locations to communicate in real time (synchronous) or by the store-and-forward method (asynchronous). In this case a provider can collect clinical data, store it on their device, and then send it electronically to another site for evaluation.

Providers can use patient data to create visual treatment plans and share those plans directly with their patients as well as other providers in their group.
TeleDent enhances provider-to-provider communication through remote access to patient records, messaging, and video chats. Providers can easily collaborate with other professionals in their practice to speed up referrals and consultations. Additionally, TeleDent’s Task feature creates accountability within a group or practice.
Connect Directly with Patients
Providers can communicate and consult with patients through messaging and video chats, regardless of their location. This includes remote evaluations, follow-up visits, and discussion of a patient’s treatment plan, all conducted through video chat.
