The TeleDent Patient Portal allows for quick and convenient communication between you and your provider. You may send your provider text messages and attached files through the messaging feature. You may also be invited to video chat in real time for a remote consultation, to discuss a treatment plan, or as a follow-up to a procedure.
As a patient, your main navigation bar will consist of the following:
- Messaging -Send and receive direct messages from your provider, upload and share files, receive video chat invites
- Notifications - View alerts, such as new messages and new video chat invites
- Account Settings - View personal account details and change password
You can access the Patient Portal through the web app at teledent.mouthwatch.com, or you can download the mobile app to use your smartphone or tablet.
Note: You must be connected to the internet to access the Patient Portal. To video conference with your provider, you must grant TeleDent access to your internal microphone and camera. |
