You will receive an email notification from TeleDent with a link to set up your user account when your provider invites you to the Patient Portal. The link is good for 30 days. If you need the link resent for any reason, contact your provider.
To activate your Patient Portal, do the following:
1. Click the link and then create a personalized password for your account. Passwords must be at least 10 characters and contain one uppercase, one lowercase, and one special character.
3. Confirm that you have read the consent form.
4. Click “Submit.”
You can now communicate with your provider through the Patient Portal.
