Whenever a patient activates their Patient Portal, they must agree to the terms and conditions and teledentistry consent policy.
While TeleDent provides a default teledentistry consultation policy, you can edit it or create your own.
To view or edit the default consent policy, navigate to the Admin Tools section.
Click on Consent Policy in the left hand sub-menu.
Type directly in the text box to change or edit the text of the policy.
You can chose to require all existing patients to reconfirm any changes at next login by checking the box.
Click “Save” to save your changes.
