The appointment is where you collect data for the patient record. This data can be reviewed by another user as soon as it is entered into the appointment. You can also add procedure codes, and link a patient’s clinical data with a task.
Appointments may be created in three different ways:
- Through the Quick Action Feature
- Through the + button in the Appointment Panel on the Dashboard
- Through the Appointments Page
Once an appointment is created, it is viewable from the assigned provider’s Dashboard, from the Appointment Page, and in the patient record under the Appointments tab (pictured).
