How do I add additional users?
Additional users can be added in the Admin Tools section under Users. You will be billed automatically to reflect the number of users in your organization.
What is the price to add additional users?
Additional users can be added at $49 per month. If you need to add more that 1-2 users, upgrading your plan might be the best option.
How do I update my plan?
Plans can be updated in the Plan & Usage section of Admin Tools. You can contact your customer success manager with any questions and to help you update your plan.
If I deactivate a user, am I still charged for that user?
No, you are only charged for active users. When you deactivate a user, that change will be automatically reflected in the Plan & Usage section of Admin tools.

What do the user roles mean?
The different user roles in TeleDent have different privileges and access to information.
The Owner can add and modify all users and can access billing information; there is only one Owner in an organization.
The Primary Billing Owner can access billing information, and this role can be assigned in addition to other roles.
An Admin can add and modify users and can be assigned in addition to other roles.
Provider Roles (Specialist, Assistant, Provider) Have access to all basic TeleDent platform access. All provider roles can be assigned in addition to other roles.
How do I update the Owner?
The Owner can be reassigned in the Organization section of the Admin Tools. This requires an email confirmation by the new Owner.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
