Getting Started with Your MouthWatch Intraoral Camera
Step 1: Plug in the Camera
Connect your MouthWatch camera to a powered USB port on your computer. Avoid monitor USB ports or unpowered USB hubs, as these may not supply enough power.
Plus+ cameras: Make sure the camera is connected to a USB 3.0 port.
Step 2: Install MouthWatch Capture Software
Download and install the MouthWatch Button Capture software.
*Plus+ cameras: Make sure to select checkbox for Plus+ Camrea Driver during install.*
Once installed:
- Locate the MouthWatch icon in your system tray (bottom-right corner of your screen)
- Right-click the icon
- Select your imaging software from the list
This allows the camera button to properly capture images into your software.

- The MouthWatch Capture icon should turn blue
- This indicates the camera is detected and ready
If the icon is not blue, try a different USB port, then close and reopen MouthWatch Capture. If the camera still is not detected, see the Troubleshooting Tips section below.
