MouthWatch Product Availability in Canada

We recently received notice from Health Canada that we currently do not have an active license to sell our intraoral cameras in Canada.

As a result, we have temporarily suspended all sales of MouthWatch products into Canada until further notice while we work through the licensing process.

We are actively pursuing the required license and are doing everything we can to get this resolved. Unfortunately, the licensing process can take time, so we do not currently have a firm timeline for when sales to Canada will resume.

We understand this is inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption.
 

Support for Existing Customers

MouthWatch will continue to provide technical support to customers in Canada who currently own our products.

If you need assistance with an existing MouthWatch product, please contact our Support team and we will be happy to help with troubleshooting and general product support.

When Will Sales Resume?

At this time, we do not have a confirmed date for when MouthWatch products will once again be available for purchase in Canada.

We will provide updates as soon as we have more concrete information regarding the licensing process and when sales can resume.
