MouthWatch Plus+, Getting True 1080p Image Quality
Having issues with your MouthWatch Intraoral Camera Plus+ not capturing true 1080p images? In most cases, this happens when the camera is connected to a USB port that is not USB 3.0 (or higher).
Important:
For true 1080p image quality, the MouthWatch Plus+ must be plugged into a USB 3.0 port (or higher).
For true 1080p image quality, the MouthWatch Plus+ must be plugged into a USB 3.0 port (or higher).
USB 3.0 ports are typically blue or marked with an "SS" (SuperSpeed) logo.
What to Expect:
If the computer does not have a USB 3.0 port (or higher), image quality may be reduced to 720p or lower.
