You are able to create a case in three ways:
Option 1: From Quick Create: Cases
Option 2: From the Navigation Bar
Option 3: From the Cases Panel on the Dashboard
Each option will display a pop-up window
- Add a description of the case (optional)
- Enter case type
- Select the patient
- Select the provider (optional)
- The status will default to Open. You are able to choose a different option
Once the case has been created, you are able to view the case by either choosing it from your Dashboard menu or from the Cases page.
