On the Cases page one will be able to see all Active cases, cases Assigned To Me, Closed cases, Archived cases, and also View All.
On this page, you will be able to Create Case, Search cases by the case number, and Filter cases.
You will see a panel for all cases that are In-Progress. Here you will be able to change the status of a case and view any new activity (Messages, Tasks, Appointments, Data, or Notes)
Beneath the In-Progress panel, you will find the New Cases panel that will provide the same information. This will help you to identify any new cases that have been assigned to you.
