Within a case, you will be able to collect multiple types of data: Images, videos, appointment times, treatment plans, and tasks.
At the top of the Case, you will find the patient's information. When you click the patient's name, this will take you into the patient's record. The date created, last updated, case age, who has been created the case, the description, and type of case can be found here. The progress of the case can be updated by clicking the dropdown box. Choose from Open, In Progress, Closed, & Archived.
There are four tabs within the Case: Appointment & Tasks, Collected Data, Treatment Plans, & Activity.
Appointment & Tasks
Here you will be able to create a new appointment, view upcoming appointments or past appointments. If the appointment includes a video call, you can click the video call icon and join.
You can quickly create, manage, sort, and filter tasks associated with the Case.
This is where Media (videos, images, and uploaded radiographs), Notes, Documents, & Procedure codes for the case will be found.
Within a case, you are able
- to import data from collected data already in the patient's TeleDent record.
- acquire new images within a Case (this will also be added to the Collected Data section in the patient's record)
- Sort through Media
Create and view treatment plans associated with a Case
View all activity happening within a case.
