Cases are a new feature that facilitates the collection and sharing of clinical data. In a case, you can collect and group images, notes, documents, and appointments. Cases have a status and can be assigned to multiple providers.
1. Click +Create
2. Chose Case from the dropdown list
3. Enter the necessary information for a new Case
Optional:
Description, Provider, & Status
Required:
Type (New Patient Consult or Emergency, Existing Patient Consult or Emergency)
Patient
4. Click Create
5. To enter the new case, click the Case info from the Cases Panel on the Dashboard
or
From the Cases page found on the Navigation Bar
