1. In an appointment, click +Notes in the Notes panel
2. Choose the Note Template from the dropdown box
- If you do not want to use a template, simply start taking notes on the right side of the popup
3. Follow the prompts in the Note Template
4. Choose to save it as a Draft that can be edited later. If saved as a Draft, it will automatically be saved and signed at the end of the day.

4. Create and Sign. If changes need to be made after it has been signed, an addendum can be added.
5. Click Edit or View from the Notes Panel
