Troubleshooting: Double Images
If your MouthWatch camera is saving two images every time you capture, this is typically caused by a configuration setting in your imaging software. The most common causes are listed below.
If Using Dexis
Ensure the correct version of Dexis is selected in MouthWatch Capture. Selecting the wrong version can cause images to save twice. Check your settings using the guide for your version below:

If Using Apteryx Products
Apteryx imaging software has its own built-in capture feature which can conflict with MouthWatch Capture, resulting in double images. Uninstalling MouthWatch Capture Software resolves this, as Apteryx's built-in capture feature will handle image acquisition on its own.
